I ordered a few boxes from steelcitycollectibles after comparing prices at a couple other places, and theirs seemed fair. Shipping wasn’t outrageous either, which was nice. I got the order confirmation and receipt by email right away, and everything went smoothly. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

"Support Came Through in the End"
I had a bit of a refund issue at first, which was annoying, but who doesn’t run into these things sometimes? I reached out to support, and after a few emails back and forth, they got it sorted. Overall, I’d say it was fair

"Okay overall, but packaging could’ve been better"
My order arrived on time, so that was good :) but the box had a noticeable dent and a couple of the packs looked a bit beat up. The cards themselves were mostly fine, I just expected everything to show up in better condition for the price. Not a total disappointment, but definitely not great either :/

"Got Fixed, But Took Some Chasing"
My order showed up missing a few things, which was annoying. Support did get back to me after a couple days and sent out what was missing, so I’m glad it got sorted. I just wish it had been quicker, and having to follow up to get it moving was kind of weird.

"Smooth break and a fun little reminder of why I enjoy the hobby"
I joined a couple of box breaks through Steel City Collectibles and overall had a good experience. The live stream was easy to keep up with, and the breaker did a nice job keeping things moving without making it feel rushed. My cards arrived safely packed, with nothing bent or missing, which I always appreciate. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a big enough issue to sour the experience. For me, breaks are part of the fun of collecting—the anticipation, the community feel, and seeing what comes out of the packs. I’d definitely join another one if the price makes sense

"Everything Actually Shipped"
I ordered a few singles and a couple boxes, and everything that showed as in stock actually shipped out. No random cancellations or annoying surprises, which I really appreciated. The site seemed accurate with inventory, so yeah... happy with the whole experience.

"Authentic, but the packaging situation was confusing"
The item seems authentic and I’m happy with that part, but the packaging really threw me off. It didn’t look or feel quite how I expected, and there wasn’t any clear communication explaining why. I had to second-guess everything for a bit, which was annoying. A simple note or clearer description would’ve made the whole experience feel a lot more reassuring.

"Decent order, but not really worth it for me"
I ordered from steelcitycollectibles.com because the deal looked solid at first, but once shipping and tax were added, it didn’t feel like much of a bargain anymore. To be fair, the box showed up in good shape and nothing was damaged, so I can’t complain about the delivery itself. I’ll admit I’m kind of picky about getting good value for the money, and for what I ended up receiving, the final price felt a bit high. Maybe I just chose the wrong product, but I was expecting a little more. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not one that makes me want to check there first next time.

Support did get back to me, so I can’t really complain too much. At the same time, it took longer than I expected, which was kind of frustrating. The reply itself was fine and helpful enough, but the wait made the whole experience feel a little mixed.

"Tracking Updated Too Late"
I was waiting on my delivery and kept checking the tracking, but it didn’t update until much later than it should have. It made the whole process frustrating because I had no idea where my package actually was. I understand delays can happen, but a timely update would’ve helped a lot. i’d expect at least an apology for the poor communication.

I ended up having to return one of the items because I wasn’t fully convinced about the quality. The process was smooth though. Customer service replied clearly, and the refund came through faster than I expected. No hassle at all

I’ve ordered from Steel City Collectibles and overall they seem trustworthy. My order did arrive fine, but the shipping updates were slower than I expected and I ended up waiting longer than planned. It’s not a bad site at all, but the communication could definitely be better. If that doesn’t improve, I might start looking elsewhere for future orders.

"The rewards are legit worth using"
I’ve ordered from Steel City Collectibles quite a few times now, the loyalty rewards have been a nice little bonus. The points build up faster than I thought they would, and I’ve used them a couple times to take a bit off my next order. The site’s easy enough to use, shipping’s been solid for me, and yeah, I really don’t have much to complain about...
